Annotation The paper considers specific features of Ghengis Khan's ascending towards the highest level of development. The research is fosuced on the most important personality factors which influenced Ghengis Khan's acme: his leadership and interpersonal relationships styles, his emotional and demand-motivation sphere, cognitive processes, decision-making style and his behavioral characteristics.
