Nevolskoi Marine state University (Vladivostok). Annotation The results of investigations into structural - cognitive, motivational and emotional - components of attitude that personnel in the customs service take towards labor are presented in the article. Data collected experimentally and analyzed can become both a base for following studies of problem areas in labor relations among government employees and good experience for practicing psychologists.
