Annotation Methods of subjective complexity of professional performance appreciation, based on the conception of problems are regarded in the article. Theoretical ideas of this conception reveal the heterogeneous character of activity dynamics, its psychological content, complexity, and multilevel of mental processes. Suggested methods of complexities and taxonomy of intersaccadic of eyes movements analysis are the tool of psychological analysis of different types of operator's activity in fulfilling ordinary and complex, productive functions.
