Annotation
The paper deals with theoretical and practical questions of "the communicative pedagogy" which constitute the fundamentals of intercultural communication, parameters characterizing communicative abilities of interlocutors in the intercultural dialogue, criteria of foreign interlocutors' communicative ability, specificity of teachers' communicative activity at the universities of the Far East, and pedagogical technique to improve foreign students' communicative level. Latent context of intercultural communication and comparisons of Russian and Chinese students' communicative behavior are given.
