Annotation
This article describes the research of the attitudes to parental restrictions in Yakut (Sakha) families, which are used to bring up their adolescent children. The research defines the spheres of family relationships, which may affect child development negatively, if violated. The author supposes that the differences between children's upbringing in Yakut (Sakha) and Russian families are determined by the cultural values and national characters.
