Annotation

Russia actively expands and strengthens mutual relations with Asia, and the need for experts competent not only in economic, but also in cultural issues, and for those who speak foreign languages fluently, is growing. The lack of qualified staff exists not only in border areas, but also in the central regions of the Russian Federation, including Moscow, where cultural-economic interaction with the countries of the East and Southeast Asia is most active.
