Contacts: e-mail: mtsetseg99@hotmail.com Annotation The given article reconstructs a psychological portrait of Ghengis Khan by revealing specifics of his need-motivated sphere, cognitive processes, style of making the political decisions, behaviour in extreme situations, behavioural features, style of managament and interpersonal relations, peculiarities of the emotional sphere, which conditioned his activity, allowing him to play his historic role.
