Annotation

The subject of childhood ethnography reflects age specific development of children through problems that are an ethnic characteristic of people. The author distinguishes the main aspects of research in childhood ethnography: defining the place of a child in the system of social relations; revealing the attitudes and functions of culture towards the rising generations; and explaining the internal mechanisms of children's understanding of their native culture in the ethnic environment they belong to.
