Manikovskaya M. A. "Art Culture as a System"

– Doctor of Philosophy, Associate Professor, Professor of the Chair of Philosophy at the Far Eastern State University for Humanities (Khabarovsk). She was born on February 24, 1951, in Khabarovsk. In 1972, she graduated from the Khabarovsk State Pedagogical Institute, the Faculty of Russian Language and Literature. The theme of her Candidate’s dissertation was «Role and Meaning of Art Culture in Formation of a New Person» (1978), the theme of her Doctoral dissertation was «Art Culture within the System of social Reproduction» (2005). Her academic interests are social philosophy and philosophy of culture. She is the author of more than 30 research and research-methodological papers.
