Turkulets, Alexey Vladimirovich
– Doctor of Philosophy, Associate Professor, Professor of the Chair of Humanities of the Faculty of Jurisprudence at the Khabarovsk State Academy of Economy and Law.
He was born on July 19, 1963, in Rostov-on-Don. He graduated with honors from the Rostov State Univer-sity, Faculty of Philosophy. The theme of his Candidate’s dissertation was the «Social Experiment as a Means of Rationalization of Historical Experience» (1995), the theme of his Doctoral dissertation was the «Rational and Irrational in Social Cognition» (2004). His academic interests are: theory of cognition, social philosophy, philosophy of law. He is the author of more than sixty research and research-methodological papers. Turkulets À.V. Annotation
The author reflects upon the possibility of applying the principle of correlation between the method and subject in the process of studying the irrational. The author puts forward the premise about the principal methodological incompleteness of any methodological statement. The main conclusion drawn from the article is the thesis that research of the irrational sphere is possible by employment of a new non-classical type of rationality.
