Annotation
The article considers polling in the Primorskiy Kraiy, Khabarovskiy Kray, Amurskaya Oblast and Jewish Autonomous Oblast in the presidential election campaign in Russia in 1991-2004. Voter turnout and ballot in the Far East are compared to the All-Russian showing. This helps to reveal general regularities in the election campaign in the country as well as peculiarities of the election process in the southern regions of the Russian Far East.
