In the process of training military psychologists at the military faculty of the Far Eastern State University of Humanities there arises a necessity of development of professionally important characteristics of students. Studying the importance of professional - personal qualities and motivation of students, the author shows degree and direction of personal transformations of 1st and 2nd year students and necessity of carrying out the correctional psychological work.
