Annotation
In 1920-30-es there were Chinese immigrants in the Soviet Far East. They were engaged in various industries, agriculture and trade. Chinese presence in the Russian territory conditioned the necessity of working out certain directions in the national policy of the USSR concerning Chinese immigrants. The author considers insufficiently studied aspects of work among the Chinese immigrants, covering in detail concrete steps aimed at the improvement of their life. | ||
