Annotation
In the article, the negotiations on a solution of the nuclear security in the Korean peninsular are analyzed. Some ways of Russia's joining the existing negotiations' format are outlined. The conclusion is drawn that, despite all the complications, there is room for compromises acceptable to all the parties to the conflict including the USA and the DPRK. The author's point of view is that the complete reconcilement will be feasible only after the whole complex of the matters, including the normalization of diplomatic relations and the defining of status of the two Korean nations have been solved.
