The general course of the liberalization of the external economic activity of Russia significantly affected the sphere of the cus-toms- tariff and nontariff regulation of the export of lumber. The author gives analysis of the functional effectiveness of export tariff of the lumber during the period from 1992 up to nowadays and examines the practical application of measures of nontariff regulation in the sphere of the export of timber in the territory of the Far-Eastern Federal Region. | ||
