The article is about the consequence of research a factor of readiness to risk together with personal qualities characterizing the peculiarities of communication sphere (communication, inclination to domination), emotion and willpower (self-confidence, imper-turbability, satisfaction)of the intellect of managers of higher rank, engineers of railway.
