Annotation
The article is devoted to questions of formation of the USA foreign policy after the end of the «cold war». The reasons for revising the early 1990s American foreign policy doctrines are analyzed. The continuity of «cold war» foreign policy conducted by the USA and the concept of «the new world order» suggested by Bush administration and Clinton doctrine are revealed.
The Clinton administration foreign policy features included a greater emphasis on economic policy; aspiration to distribute ideals of democracy for the whole world; obligations together to struggle with allies against infringements of human rights.
