TYPOLOGICAL IDENTIFICATION OF LEGAL SYSTEMS
Anatoly P. Gerasimenko, Alexandr V. Umrikhin, Sergei V. Cherdakov
Annotation
Developing dichotomic typology of political and law systems makes it possible to differentiate cognitively legal systems of juridical and ideological types. This typology is universal for the research in history and theory of the state and law, as well as sociology and philosophy of law. This is illustrated by the examples of the state and law of Far Eastern countries.
