Main historic culture types are traditional and creative. Main values of traditional culture are religion, society and tradition. Main values of creative culture are science, personality and creation. In the 20th century all major values of creative culture undergo a sharp crisis. A society value crisis is seen in disintegration of major social institutions, solitude problem, social identifiication. A science value and reason crisis is observed in global ecological problems, demographic crises, threat of world wars and annihilation of humanity, totalitarianism threat, political and religious extremism. A creation crisis is found in the dominance growth of technologies of mass culture, emasculation of content and its excessive complication in elite culture forms.
