The article analyzes problems of social development in the Russian Far East (1923-1941): social groups of the population; material basis of social politics and its infrastructure establishing. The author argues that a low level of social programs in the Russian Far East was caused by the need of military industrial development to repulse the aggression that was being planned. | ||
